Be Prepared

The agent/owner is required to make sure the property is photo ready. The photographer might make minor aesthetic adjustments (with agent or owner’s permission) to better show the property, but is under no obligation to move boxes or furnitures upon request.

Cancelation

Any cancelation on the day of the shoot results in $100 booking fee. If the booking is rescheduled $50 of the fee can be applied to the rescheduled booking.

Property Access

The agent/owner is required to provide access to the property. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cancelation fee.

 

Community Shots

Up to 5 free community shots can be provided upon request. This needs to be communicated when the appointment is booked. Access to the access controlled areas should be provided be the agent/owner. Also the exact location of the requested shots should be provided to the photographer before the shoot.

Construction, cleaning, and landscape works should be scheduled outside the time of the shoot. If the photographer arrives at the property and there are workers present at the property, the photographer has the right to cancel the shoot and a $100 cancelation fee will be applied. If the booking is rescheduled $30 of the fee can be applied to the rescheduled booking.

 

Washington, DC Shoot

A $45 service charge is added to services provided at the properties with Washington, DC address.

 

Travel Charge

Travel Charges apply to properties located over 25 miles from Tysons Corner Center, Virginia. Charges vary based on the distance.

 

3D TOUR

3D Tours will stay active for 6 months. The agent/owner can request for the 3D tour to be active for longer period for extra fee. This needs to be communicated with the service provider before or during the shoot.

 

During the shoot

During the time of the shoot the service provider will need to have the floor he/she is shooting clear of people and pets. Failure to oblige could result in the cancelation of the shoot and a $100 cancelation fee.

At the time of the shoot the service provider may recommend the agent/owner to remove any items that shows the presents of pets in the house. He/she might also recommend removal of items that shows religious views. These would only be recommendations and the agent/owner is under no obligation to remove the items if they don’t wish to.
